I have a number of CS flag presentations to Confederate Indian units in  my 
flag files.  The CS government also created what they called "treaty  flags," 
which were First National flags with a then proper number of white stars  for 
the Confederates states arrayed in a circle and in the center were 5 red  stars 
for each of the Indian nations allied with the Confederacy (Choctaw,  
Chickasaw, Cherokee, Seminole and Creek), a few of which I have examined in  person.  
The flag of the Choctaw Brigade, which is of a different, unique,  design, is 
in the Oklahoma Historical Society collections.
 
The last Confederate Army unit to surrender was Stand Watie's Cherokee  
regiment, July, 1865!!!!
