GDG- Meade's staff during the Campaign

the time, and in no other source.  I had also checked those four bios, and
he wasn't in there.

I would imagine there was a fair amount of turnover, what with the normal 
round of coming and going due to leaves of absense, illness, promotions, 
resignations, etc.
