Does anyone know if the CD-variant of this is coming out? I thought we 
were told it would be out in the spring of '07.

I did a search via bookfinder, and found one for $53.92. It was 
supposedly being sold in Germany(!) and the $53.92 included shipping - 
so off I went, but then I got there and it said:

> Muss beim Verlag bestellt werden, kann 2-8 Wochen dauern (sofern 
> verfügbar)
Which means something like it has to be ordered by the publisher, and it 
would take 2-8 weeks (if available). <sigh>
