Interesting, my dates are 8/1 to 8/20. Have bought books from Amazon for
many years and only in the last couple have had this type of situation
occur. Ordered the book 4/7 and this is the forth delay. Wonder what's
happening?

I just received notification from Amazon.com that this is being delayed 
(new estimated ship dates are: "August 1, 2007 - August 15, 2007"). Does 
anyone out there know if the book could be acquired /earlier/ than that 
date from some other place?
