PRACTICABLE: adj.
1. Capable of being effected, done, or put into practice; feasible. 2. 
Usable for a specified purpose.
Usage note: Practicable means "feasible" as well as "usable" and hence 
overlaps in meaning to some extent with practical, which can mean "useful
