I have it - I believe it came out nearly 10 years ago.  It is pretty rare as
I recall.

Ten years sounds too long ago.  I say that because the author contacted me a 
few years ago, two or three as I recall, after he saw my 14th VT rifle in 
the GDG virtual museum.  He wanted my permission to use a copy of it in his 
book.

Possibly a new edition?
