Just think of the wonderul historical vistas such an approach opens up.  What 
about the ANV's conquest of New York City in the summer of 1863?  No evidence 
for it, you say?  Of course not, everybody was too busy covering it up ...

Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar, and maybe nobody was on the Grassy Knoll.
