I've pre-ordered a copy. My primary learning mode is somewhat visual, and it
has long been my habit when studying a historical topic in detail to draw
myself maps so I can better understand what/how things happened. This new book
sounds ideal to me.
At the heart of my own half-completed book on the Little Big Horn (the
publisher has been too kind in not pressuring me) is an extended series of highly
detailed maps showing troop/scout/courier movements (at least how I reconstruct
them), mostly at 5-minute intervals.
