<< In looking for the number of pages for Fox's book, the only reference I 
saw
was "620 images" which may be a reference to pages (that's a lot of
downloading).  Any suggestions on this?  >>

Have a lot of paper and an extra ink cartridge handy if you print it all 
out?  <g>

Seriously, 620 sounds about right.   My Morningside reprint has 595 pages, 
plus a few more for the table of contents, title page, etc.   Each image is 
probably a pdf file image of a page.

If you've got a reasonably fast connection, and don't need a hard copy, I'd 
say just go ahead and download it, and save it as a file on your hard drive. 
I'm no expert, but I suspect once you do that, you should be able to print 
selected individual pages as needed.
