Thanks for the tip.  I checked them out and both are available for
downloading.  Not being familiar with this site, normally can you find books
available that are out of copyright -- is that the criteria?

In looking for the number of pages for Fox's book, the only reference I saw
was "620 images" which may be a reference to pages (that's a lot of
downloading).  Any suggestions on this?
