I guess if you actually knew the facts you would realize that the guide has 
to turn in a recipt to the NPS for each tour given. Seems to me this would 
serve as a paper trail to the IRS.
 
It is pretty sad when people who claim to respect the gides start accusing 
them of cheating the IRS.
