GDG- Gettysburg Guiding

I believe that, unless one has an employer who is withholding taxes and issuing a W-2 at the end of the year, one has to make quarterly estimated income tax payments.  I know my one brother-in-law does on his income as a professional artist when he sells one of his paintings.
