GDG- Tour guide group to fight new rules at Gettysburg Battlefield

guide for the occasion, it looks like I'm breaking the law.  That doesn't

You're not, though, as long as you don't charge for giving the tour.  That's 
why non-LBG members of the GDG, such as myself, can lead Muster tours. 
There's no payment involved, and the tour isn't being offered as a service 
to the general public.
