<< So there's nothing really contentious about either location? Just an
admittedly grisly curiosity of the field? I don't have Journey In Time
(D'OH!) an over site I will rectify directly, but in Early Photography,
Frassanito seems pretty convinced of The Rose Farm area and gives some
fairly balanced straightforward reasoning, and since he is the shogun of the
photographic evidence of GB, and since I still owe him a drink over a bet
concerning the '72 gas crisis, I'm going to step over to that side of the
line. However, as a DISCERNING DILETTANTE, I'm looking fore ward to my time
spent with the Master Of Opposing Viewpoints, Chaplain Chuck as he
respectfully demonstrates why he doesn't think so. >>
Well, there's been a lot of debate about it over the years, including
numerous proposed locations, so I'm not sure I'd say it can't get
contentious. At heart, though, it's really just an exercise in photo
interpretation.
