John.....As I understand it, it was assumed that Isaac's body was
re-interred in the National Cemetery, without good identification. Therefore
his marker would be "unknown".
A visiting descendant was told this by the Park Service. This visitor looked
at the several "unknowns" in the Minnesota section, and told the Park
Service that he received "a feeling" while standing at grave #B-12, that
this was Isaac's grave.
Somehow this got into the Park's records, and that is where the info
originated.
