GDG- overwhelming sadness on the field

         On another note, I am sensitive to these things, and I had such a
feeling of depression in the cemetery at the 135th re-enactment that I
had to leave it. There was so much going on there at the time I really
wanted to stay and see it all, but couldn't. The rest of Gettysburg was
fine with me. Weird!



         I also have the strangest, very deep feeling of overwhelming
sadness as I cross through the Weatfield on the Weatfield Road and
the feeling continues down the Plum Run Road to Devil's Den and the
Triangular field. The feeling even extends itself to LRT, but not BRT
or any other place on the field.

( well, maybe Mc Donalds, a little :-)   )
