Pettigrew's 26th NC leads the casualty list.

Were the vast majorities of those NC from Iverson's brigade on the first
day?

I am assuming they are the same regiment, but is it the 20th NC that has
the "newer" monument almost in the middle of the Iron Brigade's line on
the 1st day, and at the Wall in the center of the Union line on the 3rd
day (and yes, of the 2nd day)?

Other than Iverson's Brigade, who else had a large percentage of NC
units? I know the 20th NC (I think anyway), but whose Brigade, Division
were they with?

Thanks
Andy

Tim, you're correct: on the Union side, New York had 978 killed,
according to Busey and Martin. Pennsylvania is next with 745. On the
Confederate side, 1452 North Carolinians were killed, and 1012
Virginians were next on the butcher's bill.
