Something that I believe has been discussed here before, but I can't
remember the details.

Assuming the defenders of the Cyclorama building are unsuccessful in
preventing its demolition (or are successful in moving it to another
location!!) what will the impact be on monuments in the area?  Is there a
list of the monuments moved to build it, the VC, and the parking lot?  What
is the intent assuming they are all removed as far as returning the
monuments to their original locations?
