GDG- 107th Ohio Monument - East Cemetary Hill

Actually, the moratorium was in place before that, but the Longstreet statue was not considered to be a new project. A statue to Longstreet had been authorized many years before, but that particular project, headed in part by his widow, Helen Dortsch Longstreet, was put on the sidelines by World War II.
