GDG- 107th Ohio Monument - East Cemetary Hill

Does anyone know if there are any plans on constructing a monument on East
Cemetary hill for the actions of the 107th Ohio? There was some talk about
it a few years ago to place a monument somehwere near the 107th's flank
markers near the water tower (almost on private property). The last I heard
there was a moratorium on new monuments placed at Gettysburg which would
have occured after the Longstreet Monument was erected several years ago
(1997 I believe?)
