I'll go as far as suggesting that the AOP at GB was a bit Reynolds too. All 
one has to do is look at the post-Chancellorsville reorganization to note it 
was Reynolds (Wainwright's pen) who suggested most all changes which were 
readily accepted by Hooker. One must also remember Hooker and Reynolds go way back 
in that they were both old army artillerists.
