Hard to say.  The discussion went in a couple of different directions, and 
seems to have jumped at least a few chapters ahead at times.  My original 
question never did, as far as I can recall, get answered.  <g>

Seriously, given the groups natural tendency to digress and go off on 
tangents, I sense it may be very difficult to keep things strictly chapter 
by chapter.  But if anybody wants to take a stab at leading a discussion of 
Chapter 2, please feel free.
