GDG- Gettysburg The second day

HI Jim, 

Lee is use to giving orders in general terms correct? But both Hill and
Ewell new to corps. command, I think he needed to be a little more hands on.


I know this runs counter to some of those who think he was. I for one am a
little bit skeptical....

An excellent point.
Should this have called for any changes to Lee's accustomed style of 
command?  If so, was he likely to have made any changes?
