I received a call one day from a woman in our Central Office, looking for  my 
boss (who was out of the office).  When she gave her name, she was  surprised 
that I knew how to spell "Trostle" - which she pronounced with a long  "o" 
sound.  (She had married into the family, & wasn't entirely  familiar with the 
history.)
