GDG- Belle City Rifles Fall Preservation Tour

Greetings:

The Belle City Rifles will be making their fall preservation tour to the Antietam National Cemetery and Gettysburg National Military Park next week.  The schedule is as follows:


   Wednesday, October 25 - Depart Camp Jarvis, Racine, WI at 6:00 PM, travel overnight.
   Thursday, October 26 - 9:00 AM - Care for the 2nd Wisconsin grave markers at the Antietam National Cemetery.  12:00 noon - Travel to Gettysburg.
   Friday, October 27 - 8:00 AM - Adopt-A-Position work at the 2nd Wisconsin Monument at McPherson's Ridge.  1:00 PM - Adopt-A-Position work at the 2nd Wisconsin and Belle City Rifles markers at Culp's Hill.
   Saturday, October 28 - Tourist Day - Activities TBD
   Sunday, October 29 - Depart Gettysburg at Dark O'Clock AM, travel back to Camp Jarvis.
Those members in the Gettysburg/Sharpsburg area, please feel free to stop by for a visit.  Be aware that the Corporal Commanding's Wife Commanding is the overseer, a fair but firm taskmistress, who is quick to fill the idle hand with a rake, shovel or even a wheelbarrow (we'll be spreading a load of topsoil at McPherson's Ridge).
