That "tiny url" link worked .. very interesting article .. unfortunately this is reflective of much of our society today .. but I am proud to say that my graduate school, American Military University, still has a great military history program ..  if interested, see http://www.amu.apus.edu/Academics/Degree-Programs/program.htm?progid=3960&program_type=Masters  .. the Civil War program looks much like it was when I was a student there ... looks like you can do it all online now (mine was called "distance learning" in the 1990's .. communication via mail and telephone) ..
