Well now, that's the point. The definition of "inaprpriare" cefinition of
inapropriate. In the country I live in, any use of land is appropriate if it
is legal. The staments you describe constitute free speech. Hot air, but
free speech. If these unnamed public servants you cite (btw: you have any
examples?) really wanted to do anything but garner votes, then control the
passing of laws, taking of property and pursestrings.
Show me the money.
