Exactly-you have to know what fights you have a reasonable chance of
winning. Also you have to be willing to put your money where your mouth
is. Just in the last year we have seen a great outcry in a couple
instances when a local landowner sold off historical property-problem
was that outcry was all we got-no one was willing to put up the money.
