Well, this is America, where it is considered unseemly to tell where people
they must live or to place major prohibitions on the use of property.

However, it should be clarified that local expressions of concern about
inappropriate development are being made all the time by government agencies
(e.g., Adams County Planning Commission), by government officials, by
non-profits (Historic Gettysburg Adams County and Land Conservancy), in
letters to the editor, and comments at hearings and municipal meetings.
