Been ages since I've heard either one, but is was along the same lines as 
"Niagara Falls."   The unsuspecting fall guy says the wrong thing  - 
"Susquehanna hats" or "Niagara Falls", and provokes a fit of comic rage 
which ends up with him getting a sound thrashing.

"My Uncle was killed wearing a Susquehanna hat!"
