The Imhof book looks at movements on a finer (regimental) level than the 
"TravelBrains" CD, but the book is hard to find, even in libraried searches.  From 
time to time, here in the GDG we have tried to jump start a reprinting.  The 
last I have heard, IIRC, was that Imhof was working on a CD version for 
release.
