Please know that Stewart is wrong about Pickett's regiments using Virginia  
state flags in the famous charge.  All he had to do was go down to the  Museum 
of the Confederacy when researching the book to see the flags from that  
division that reside there that were captured in the assault.
 
All of them are either Second or (mostly) Third Bunting ANV battle  flags.
 
I also disagree with his cause of casualties breakdown in the charge, but  
that's for another time.
