GDG- Williamsport Days, August 26-27, 2006, Williamsport Mayland

It was a pleasure to see and meet several GDG
members at Williamsport Days in Williamsport,
Maryland today.

It additon to events at the town park, the C&O
Canal - Cushwa Basin (NPS) features:

- Living history grouups from:
French and Indian War
Revolutionary War
War of 1812
Civil War Union
Civil War Conferate
C&O Canal displays, tours, etc.


Also a chance to see where a portion of the Army
of Northern Virginia cross on July 13-14, 1863 up
close.
