According to Sauers the flag was returned to Pa and "was installed in the new flag room when it opened in 1873." However, all the flags are now preserved in a building (I forget the location in Harrisburg). You can request to see a particular flag by calling in advance. I have been there and they pulled the 128th Pa flag for me. They also have the flagstaffs separate from the flags.
