GDG- 11/19 - Gettysburg Dedication Day speaker - Tom Brokaw

Greetings, fellow GDGers...

The Gettysburg Dedication Day, Sunday, November 19, 2006, speaker will be Tom Brokaw, retired NBC news anchor.  Mr. Brokaw will share his thoughts on Abraham Lincoln and the Gettysburg Address at 3:00pm at the Soldiers National Cemetery.  The wreath-laying ceremony will be at 2:45pm, Soldiers National Monument, Gettysburg National Cemetery.

Mr. Brokaw was originally scheduled to speak at 1998's Dedication Day, but had to cancel in order to cover the impeachment proceedings of Bill Clinton.
